Workflow can check for first and subsequent instructions received
To support Chambers in managing new and further instructions received, we have introduced new workflow conditions that can check for the existence of paperwork, briefs and instructions.
Using the new conditions, workflows can be tailored to action the appropriate set of responses when Chambers receive the first and any subsequent instructions.
For example, the conditions can be used to send different acknowledgements depending on whether Chambers are receiving the first or subsequent set of papers, this ensures that the instructing party does not continue to receive any unnecessary information which they have already received when originally instructing Chambers on the case.
Please contact the Support team if you would like to use these new conditions in your workflows.
