Dealing With Complaints!

The Bar Standards Board recently announced regulatory changes that mean Chambers have a duty to implement a recognised complaints procedure, and to notify not only their professional clients, but also their lay clients of its existence. A document entitled “Guidance for Dealing with Complaints Made to Multi-Member Sets of Chambers or to Sole Practitioners" may be downloaded for your information.
